Brondell Swash 300 vs 1000 Bidet Toilet Seat Comparison
Size and appearance
The Brondell Swash 300 and the Brondell Swash 1000 are both excellent bidets that fit like any toilet seat and cover set. Each of these models also has a separate remote control, making them smaller and more unobtrusive than models with an attached control panel. The Brondell Swash 300 is available in one color, pure white. With an ‘assistable’ lid and heated seat, the design of this bidet is both comfortable and stylish.
The Brondell Swash 1000, on the other hand, allows two choices of colored finishes; the same clean white as the Brondell Swash 300 or a beige color that the company describes as “biscuit”. Like the Brondell Swash 300, this bidet offers a heated seat as well as a soft-closing seat cover, allowing comfort and silence during and after use.
These two Brondell bidets must be plugged in to work. Brondell suggests that the outlet these models are plugged into provide a minimum of 15 amps. If you plan to plug in these bidets without using an extension cord, you will need an outlet about 3.5 feet from the toilet they are installed in. However, using these products with an extension cord will not affect their performance.
It is also important to note that these bidets have an eco-friendly option. This allows the bidet to run hot water and heat the seat without burning with electricity. This is not only safe for the environment, but also more economical in terms of your bill.
The Brondell Swash 300 and the Brondell Swash 1000 are both highly regarded for the performance they offer. Not only do they offer the personal cleaning that guests expect, but they’re also designed to be comfortable. It is through a variety of features that Brondell has installed in each of these machines in reference to comfort and functionality.
There are huge differences between the performance of the Brondell 300 and 1000. Differences between night and day in fact.
A huge difference between these seats is that the Brondell 300 does not have an air dryer while the 1000 does. It’s a huge difference in the way they work and how comfortable users will feel using them.
The Brondell Swash 1000 also comes with positionable nozzles and dual stainless steel wash nozzles. These features give you more control over where and how the water comes out. With the Model 1000 you can actually control the spray width and there is an endless hot water heating system.
To properly maintain these bidets, the Brondell Swash 300 and Brondell Swash 1000 must be cleaned regularly. Since they’re made of germ-resistant plastic, this task is pretty straightforward. With a soft, damp cloth and a little mild detergent, the seat can be easily cleaned using the quick release feature. Self-cleaning wands can use a quick clean with a soft brush about once a month. Also keep an eye on the removable mesh filter, clean it if necessary.
These bidets have more to boast than a lack of complaints about their durability. In fact, these bidets have several compliments over the lifespan of the customers. Some owners of the Brondell Swash 1000 have even reported having their bidet for over two years without any signs of damage or failure.

The Brondell Swash 300 and the Brondell Swash 1000 come with one important accessory; a remote control. While some bidets that work as a toilet seat and toilet seat combination have an attached control panel, these models use a remote control, making the seat less wide. From this remote control, users can control the water, heating and air dryers.
Much of what makes the Brondell Swash 300 and Brondell Swash 1000 impressive can be attributed to the impressive features that Brondell has designed into these products. The first thing most customers notice is the fact that they can adjust the heat and water in these bidets.
As mentioned before, these bidets provide eco-friendly options for both earth safety and staying on budget for your electric bill. Going a step further, these bidets also feature an automatic energy saving mode to protect you and the Earth even more in case you forget to activate the eco-friendly options.

Advantages and disadvantages
The Brondell Swash 300 and the Brondell Swash 1000 both offer unique features to give users the best and most comfortable cleaning possible. With controls placed on a remote control rather than a side panel of the seat, the bidet has a sleek and understated design. When it comes to visual design, the Brondell Swash 1000 offers a choice of colors, unlike the Brondell Swash 300. However, these different finishes come with different costs that come with them. The Brondell Swash 300 even has an “assistable” cover, which takes it one step closer to retaining the charm of a standard toilet seat. A soft-close seat and cover on each of these models helps protect both the noise of a toilet cover slamming and the damage it can cause to the cover and seat themselves.
Unfortunately, not everything is perfect in these bidets. The Brondell Swash 300 offers fewer features and choices than the Brondell Swash 1000. However, these additional choices are not without faults. The Brondell Swash 1000 is much less economical than the Brondell Swash 300. On the other hand, however, the Brondell Swash 300 also has a shorter period to protect it from damage or defects.

These bidets are incredibly similar in their appearance, but there is a huge difference in the way these bidet toilet seats work. While the Brondell Swash 1000 offers a few more options in appearance, it knocks out the 300 with all the extra features it has. The 1000 is not as economical as the 300, so you will have to compare prices and weigh it. If I chose, I would definitely choose the 1000 because even though the investment required is more, it would be worth it. You get the double stainless steel nozzles, you can change the position of the nozzles, and best of all, the hot air dryer among other handy features.
